We have used Northgate Tires for years. We keep going back because we get continuously good service, honesty and fair pricing. I had to have my car towed on Thursday with transmission warning light flashing while driving. Stopped in parking lot (googled and said to stop immediately) and was going to get it towed for parking lot and take an Uber home. I decided to call—we were less than 10 minutes home. Matt said it was ok to drive it home and then have it towed. Saving us an Uber wait in the 100 degree heat and with groceries. We moved and live about 20 miles from Northgate Tire now. We still go there because of trustworthiness. Within hour of my car arriving, Matt had called and gave me a surprising quote. We were afraid we were replacing transmission. I am sure if I took it to dealership or untrustworthy person, it would be much higher. By next day it was fixed and I picked up. Quick reliable service. Since this post is long already, I will just make short comment on incident at dealership with my husband’s brand new car. He had an issue and took it to the dealership because it was still under warranty. They said it was caused by a stone hitting a censor

I had a great experience with Northgate Goodyear. They were friendly, honest and easy to work with from start to finish! What I appreciate most was that they didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free!

I've been having my car serviced at Goodyear for years and have been pleased with their work. This recent experience was a bad battery. I called Matt, explained the situation answering he told me to bring the car in asap. I went to Goodyear and Matt took charge and in 15 minutes, the battery was tested and replaced. That's amazing service and certainly very much appreciated. A tip of the to Matt and his staff. They always come through.

I've been a customer at Northgate Tire since they were in another building formerly behind a no longer existent McDonalds! I've always found that Matt takes VERY GOOD CARE of his customers. He stands behind his tires and repairs on vehicles brought in for repair. I promise you, you'll never be disappointed!

Northgate tire has served my tire and brake needs for decades. Recently I needed complete services for my auto(a Saab) sine Saab service is hard to find. Northgate provide all of the services needed. When I had to change the time of my appointment they were very accommodating. Service was rapid and complete in less than two hours and they were very pleasant throughout. They will now do service on both of my ars. Highly recommended!
